| Description | GAPDH Antibody (HRP) LS-C546419. Recognizes glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) from rabbit skeletal muscle. Also recognizes cardiac GAPDH. Species cross-reactivity: human, rat, mouse, chicken, frog and fish skeletal muscle. Does not react with GAPDH from E. coli. GAPDH enzyme is also detected in many non-muscle cell lines including HeLa, HCT-116, U937, and THP-1 cells. |
