| Description | ITGA4 / VLA-4 / CD49d Antibody (aa195-268, clone R1-2, Azide-free) LS-C44246. Recognizes murine CD49d, an integrin which is also known as very late antigen 4 (VLA-4). CD49d forms a heterodimer at the cell surface with CD29, and is involved in cell-cell and cell-extracellular matrix interactions. Recognizes an epitope within residues 195-268 of CD49d, designated as B1. The clone has also been reported to inhibit the adhesion of murine lymphocytes to Peyers patch HEV(2). |
