As a result of glycosylation, rmCD157 migrates as three bands with apparent molecular mass of approximately 37, 40 and 44 kDa respectively in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse CD157 (NP_033893.2), without the propeptide (Met 1-Glu 285), was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. |
