| Description | CD71 / Transferrin Receptor Antibody (clone MEM75) LS-C127834. Recognizes human CD71, a disulfide linked homodimer of 90kD glycoprotein. Expressed on activated lymphocytes but absent on resting B- and T-lymphocytes. Also present on a wide range of other proliferating cells including neoplastic cells. Does not block binding of transferrin to the receptor. |
