| Description | Basigin / Emmprin / CD147 Antibody (N-Terminus, clone MEM-M6/1) IHC-plus™ LS-B3167. Recognizes human CD147. Reacts with an epitope in the N-terminal Ig domain (D1). Recognizes a 50-60kD glycoprotein also known as neurothelin and basigin. CD147 is expressed on peripheral blood cells and by endothelial cells. Expression is increased on T cells following activation. |
