| Description | Secretory Component Antibody LS-C191533. Specificity: Human IgA Secretory Component. Reacts with both bound secretory component (secretory IgA) and with free secretory component. In immunoelectrophoresis against normal human milk, using a high electroendosmosis agar plate, free secretory component is precipitated in the alpha-2 region. Does not react with other molecular forms of IgA, or with any other secretory or plasma protein. |
