| Immunogen | A 14 residue synthetic peptide LRDLQWALQEKIEE based on the human PKG 1beta (residues 4-17), with a 1 amino acid substitution of a tryptophan residue for the tyrosine residue at position 9. Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Monkey, Mouse, Hamster, Panda, Bovine, Chicken, Stickleback, Medaka, Pufferfish, Zebrafish (93%). |
