TNF alpha is produced by a range of cells, including macrophages and monocytes and is an important mediator of the equine inflammatory response. Recognizes both native and recombinant equine TNF alpha. No detectable cross-reactivity was observed with bovine, porcine, mouse or rat TNF alpha. |
