| Description | MBP / Myelin Basic Protein Antibody (aa129-138) LS-C25713. Specificity: Reacts with MBP. The epitope retains it's structure in Thermolysin digests and seem to be located in the 129-138 region of the human MBP molecule. 3H2754 has been reported as being suitable for Western blotting. Species cross-reactivity: Reacts well with human, bovine and rat MBP, more weakly with rabbit but not with guinea pig MBP. |
